The fourth seminar of the series was held on December 07, 2023, at Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi focusing on the International Day of Persons with Disabilities jointly organized by HANDS Pakistan, Saaya Association of People with Disabilities, Sociology Department of Fatima Jinnah Women University under the umbrella of Community Based Inclusive Development CBID Network Pakistan.
