Saaya Association, in collaboration with HANDS Pakistan, successfully conducted a 5-Day Internship Program on Coherent Capacity Development for Students with Disabilities from March 15th to 19th, 2021.

This program aimed to equip students with disabilities with the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive in their chosen fields. The curriculum likely covered topics such as:

• Disability rights and inclusion
• Assistive technologies
• Independent living skills
• Career development
• Workplace accommodations

By participating in this internship program, students with disabilities gained valuable exposure to professional settings and developed the confidence to pursue their career goals.
