Saaya Team Completes Beginner-Level OPD Capacity-Building Training by CPDI

The Saaya Team is proud to have participated in the Beginner-Level Training on Capacity Building of Organizations of Persons with Disabilities (OPDs), organized by the Centre for Peace and Development Initiative (CPDI) from 29 to 31 December 2025 at Avari Xpress Residences, Faizabad.

This intensive three-day training focused on strengthening the capacity of Organizations of Persons with Disabilities (OPDs) by providing foundational knowledge, practical tools, and strategies to improve organizational effectiveness, promote inclusion, and strengthen disability rights advocacy.

Strengthening Inclusion and Disability Rights

At Saaya, we believe that building inclusive communities requires continuous learning, collaboration, and meaningful advocacy. Participation in this capacity-building programme has further strengthened our commitment to supporting persons with disabilities, promoting equal opportunities, and contributing to a more accessible and inclusive society.

The knowledge and skills gained during the training will help our team enhance its organizational impact and strengthen its efforts to advocate for the rights, dignity, and participation of persons with disabilities.

Appreciation to CPDI and the Training Team

We extend our sincere appreciation to Hamzah Ahmed and the entire CPDI team for their excellent facilitation, valuable insights, and for creating a productive and engaging learning environment.

Saaya remains committed to continuous professional development, organizational strengthening, and advancing disability inclusion through collaborative action.

Together, we can build a more inclusive society where every person has the opportunity to participate, contribute, and thrive.
